United States President Donald Trump has asked the State Department to accelerate the release of any remaining Hillary Clinton emails in its possession as soon as possible.
Reported by CNN, Trump's interest in the release of Hillary emails was described as commitment to "transparency" by the sources.
Earlier, the President has also asked the Justice Department to lift a gag order on a FBI informant in an investigation into Russian efforts to gain influence in the US uranium industry during the Barack Obama administration.
It has also been reported that the American President has expressed his displeasure with government agencies on slow response to requests for information that he believes should be public.
