President Pranab Mukherjee on Sunday extended his greetings and felicitations to Norway's King Harald V and people of that country on its Constitution Day.
The official Twitter account of Rashtrapati Bhavan shared the President's thoughts via a series of tweets.

Norway celebrates its Constitution Day on May 17 every year and observes the day as an official national holiday.
