US President Barack Obama has slammed critics of his 'mom jeans', saying that he has been unfairly maligned about his jeans, but he actually looks very sharp in them.
During an interview with radio host Ryan Seacrest, Obama said that when he wore the loose jeans four years ago while out on the pitcher's mound, he didn't want to feel confined, Politico reported.
Obama said that he got whacked pretty good for that and since that time, his jeans have fitted very well.
Sarah Palin had earlier hit out at Obama, saying that he is a weak leader who is known for wearing mom jeans, while comparing him to "bear-wrestling" Russian President Vladimir Putin.
