President Pranab Mukherjee will deliver the fifth Dr. Ambedkar Memorial Lecture on the topic 'Vision of India in 21st Century, as envisaged by Dr BR Ambedkar' tomorrow at Vigyan Bhavan in New Delhi.
The Dr Ambedkar Foundation, which was set up in 1992 as an autonomous body under the aegis of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, organizes the lecture.
