President Pranab Mukherjee left for his five-day state visit to Sweden and Belarus today.
"#PresidentMukherjee departs for a State Visit to Sweden and Belarus from May 31 to June 4, 2015," the official twitter account of Rashtrapati Bhavan posted.
President Mukherjee will be in Sweden from May 31 to June 2. Thereafter, he will be visiting Belarus.
He is accompanied by Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilisers Hansraj Ahir and Members of Parliament Ghulam Nabi Azad and Ashwani Kumar.
During his Sweden visit, he will receive a ceremonial welcome by the royal couple and thereafter he will interact with members of the Indian community.

e will also interact with the Sweden King and Queen, besides interacting with Prime Minister Stefan Lofven, the Speaker of the Swedish Parliament as well as the Leader of Opposition.
On June 2, the President will visit the Karolinska Institutet, which is the foremost leading institute for medicine and related studies. He will also visit the Uppsala University, which is one of the oldest European universities, and the Swedish 'Smart City'.
In Belarus, the President will address a joint business conference along with his Belarus counterpart Alexander Lukashenko.
