Prime Minister Modi to inaugurate four-laning of Kaithal highway tomorrow

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the four-laning of the over 160-kilometer-long national highway from Kaithal to the Haryana-Rajasthan border at Kaithal tomorrow.

This road will pass through Kalayat, Narwana, Barwala, Hisar and Siwani towns. The project shall benefit the people of four districts in terms of improved living standarda, safe connectivity and economic prosperity, an official press statement said.

Twenty-three underpasses and over 20-kilometer-long service roads are proposed in the project near villages which shall ensure the safety of the pedestrian and the people residing off the highway.

It shall further attractthe investments in industries, educational institutions and agriculture etc.

Haryana Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki, Union Minister for Road Transport, Highways and Shipping Nitin Gadkari, Union Minister for Road Transport, Highways and Shipping Krishanpal Gurjar and other senior leaders of the state would participate in the event tomorrow.
