After Prince Charles' tonsils were removed in childhood due to frequent bouts of tonsillitis, he used to carry them around in a jar of preservative, it has been revealed.

Royal watcher Mary Watson said that the Prince of Wales took his tonsils everywhere, but once left them on the pulpit at a chapel where he would go alone to give imaginary sermons, the Mirror reported.

Watson also revealed that Charles was horribly bullied as a pupil at Gordonstoun boarding school.
