Global sensation Priyanka Chopra thanked Variety magazine for including her and the production house, Purple Pebble Pictures in the Variety500 list of influential business leaders.
Variety500 is an index of influential people who shape the global $ 2 trillion entertainment industry. Updated annually, the list reflects the accomplishments of its members over the period of 12 months.
Addressing her fans on Twitter, the 'Quantico' star wrote, "Big thanks to @Variety for including me in your #Variety500 for the 2nd year in a row! What makes this one extra special is the little name right above mine...@PurplePebblePic. Stories are at the heart of everything we do, regardless of genre or language."
Karan Johar, Salman Khan, Siddharth Kapur, Ekta Kapoor and Aditya Chopra are among other celebrities included in the list apart from her.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Priyanka will be seen opposite Salman Khan in 'Bharat', and Shonali Bose's upcoming directorial 'The Sky Is Pink'.
