A Los Angeles prosecutor will seek jail time for Lindsay Lohan if he can prove that the star did not completed her community service.

Sources have revealed that the prosecutor Terry White was indignant over the revelation that Lohan's community service organization let her do ridiculous things to fulfill her obligation, TMZ.com reported.

Some of the proof of 28-year-old's hours included time spent doing "meet and greets" at her play Speed-The-Plow.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Richard Stone set a hearing for February 18 to allow White time to investigate his claims.

However, American actress' lawyer, Shawn Holley, told the judge her client merely did what she was told to do by the community service organization.
