At least four persons were killed and 25 were injured in a suicide attack targeting a church on Quetta's Zarghoon Road on Sunday afternoon.
Police and rescue teams have reached at the explosion site, the local media reported.
The area has been cordoned off and rescue and relief operation is underway.
An emergency has been declared in all the hospitals across Quetta.
According to the reports, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesperson Mohammad Faisal has condemned the attack.
"Attack of terrorists on Zarghoon road church in Quetta is condemned. Pakistan's resolve against terrorism cannot be deterred by these cowardly acts," Faisal said in a Twitter post.
