Robert Pattinson has opened up about his "having money for the first time" phase.
The 28-year-old star said that he wasn't thinking when he bought an "amazing" mansion in Griffith Park near the famous Hollywood sign in central Los Angeles, which he sold for 6.37m dollars in 2013, after getting a huge amount of money from 'Twilight', the Independent reported.
The 'Twilight' star, who was living in and out of hotels in LA, had earlier admitted that he was too young to be tied to the lavish property and instead, wanted to lay low and live life to his needs rather than his means.
Pattinson, who reveals that the selling of the house is part of a general disassociation with Hollywood, continued that Hollywood is not the right place to be for the people who need to be pushed into doing something.
He further added that he has been in the "fun city" for six to seven years and feels like he has been on holiday there since he was 22.
