Congress spokesperson Meem Afzal on Wednesday rubbished the Bharatiya Janata Party's (BJP) claim that party vice-president Rahul Gandhi's three day visit to jammu and Kashmir was a photo opportunity and an attempt to 'politicise' the border issue.

"It is not about photo opportunity or any kind of publicity, Rahul ji has always been keen to visit people who are suffering from difficulties, and, it is not something new." Afzal told ANI here.

On letter written by delhi deputy chief minister manish sisodia to Lt. Gov. Najeeb Jung, Afzal said, "I don't think, they (AAP) are going to leave the politics of confrontation. They have talked to the PM therefore they should have waited for an answer." Afzal added.
