Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi on Saturday once again led an all-out attack at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that he and his government don't take interest in the questions raised by the Opposition in the parliament.

"Our Prime Minister doesn't take interest in Parliament. He and his government don't take interest in the questions raised by the opposition," said Rahul in his address at the birth anniversary celebration of former prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru.

"However, the situation was completely different when Nehru ji was the prime minister as he always listened to what Atal Bihari Vajpayee use to say. Nehru ji was of the view that there is experience and understanding in the opposition party leaders and the country should move forward taking everyone together," he added.

The party vice president said that there are talks about growing intolerance in the country.

"India can move forward only when there is peace, love and brotherhood and this can be only done by the Congress Party. The Bharatiya Janata Party and the RSS leaders think that they know everything and the opposition doesn't know anything. But the fact is that if they knew everything, then 'Ache Din' would have come in this country," he said.

He also launched an attack against Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his silence on the Dadri lynching and Badarpur incidents.

"The fact is that there are no Ache Din as people are being killed, children are being brutally murdered and the Prime Minister is not saying anything," he said.
