The Indian Railways has decided to increase the rates of platform tickets at all stations to Rs 10, starting April 1.
According to reports, all Zonal Railways have been directed to print the revised tickets on a priority basis and has been asked to ensure that all stations receive an ample supply of tickets.
The existing stock of tickets will be used with the price corrected by stamp.
