The 'DJ Waley Babu' hit-maker gave an exclusive interview to ANI, where he said, "I am making same kind of music in Bollywood which I was making before I stepped into the glamorous industry and I will continue doing that , the only difference is that Bollywood has just taken my music to a wider audience."

"Bollywood is very strong financially, the term 'Bollywood' is a big name itself and the industry has been very kind and to me", he added.

The rapper also revealed that his upcoming album will go back to proper hip-hop music unlike commercial pop songs.

Badshah concluded that he is indeed the King of Desi Hip-Hop and his main aim is to kill the competition.
