Liverpool's striker Luis Suarez has been offered a four-year contract and 140,000 pound-a-week by Real Madrid along with incentives and bonuses for trophies won, goals scored and appearances made.
Real is prepared to offer under-21 forward Jose Callejon and 20 million pound cash to Liverpool, the Mirror reports.
Suarez has admitted that it 'would be hard' to ignore Real, adding that 'it is a good moment for a change of environment.'
According to the report, Suarez's agent, Pere Guardiola is striking personal terms with the Spanish club ahead of the probable 25 million pound transfer.
The Suarez camp insisted that Suarez only wants to move to Spain, partly out of respect for Liverpool, despite receiving offers from Manchester City.
