Reese Witherspoon and her former husband Ryan Phillippe have sold their marital home in LA for 1.44 million dollars.
The property was sold just 18 days after it was put on the market by the couple, who had ended their seven-year marriage in 2007, Contactmusic reported.
According to real estate website Trulia.com, the duo made a 266,500-dollar profit from the sale, as they had bought the property for 1.17 million dollars in 2005.
