The Oscar winner asserted that she is deeply embarrassed for her behavior that night, but she's only a human and the best she could do is say sorry and learn from it and move on, the Us Magazine reported.
The 38-year-old actress had one drink too much that night and said some rude things to the officer who puller her and husband, Jim Toth over and was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failing to maintain a lane.
