Reese Witherspoon is set to star with Matt Damon in Alexander Payne's upcoming film 'Downsizing.'
The 38-year-old actress star, who's in the Oscar run for her performance as star and producer of 'Wild,' would have to manage time for the 20th Century Fox project, which was scripted by Payne and Jim Taylor, Deadline.com reported.
The film is a social satire, and revolves around a guy who realizes he would have a better life if he were to shrink himself.
