The mother of deceased Reeva Steenkamp is unconcerned with the upcoming appeal of convicted Paralympics runner Oscar Pistorius.
Pistorius' lawyers would challenge a judge's decision to allow prosecutors to appeal the runner's negligent killing conviction later this week.
June Steenkamp said that the appeal does not matter to her even if it led to a harsher sentence for the Paralympics runner, Sport24 reported.
June was announcing plans to launch a foundation against domestic violence in her daughter's honour.
Pistorius shot Reeva, his girlfriend at the time, in his home in Pretoria on Valentine's Day in 2013, the report added.
