Kate Winslet, who has always taken a stance against retouching her photographs for magazine spreads and ads, has made a point in her L'Oreal contract that her Lancome ads should be free of any additional edits.
Explaining why she is adamant on not getting retouched, the 40-year-old actress said that she did this because she thinks that she has a responsibility towards the younger generation of women, reports E! Online.
Winslet added that she thinks they do look up to the magazines and to the women, who have been successful in their chosen careers.
The 'Titanic' star further said, "We're all responsible for raising strong young women, so these are things that are important to me.
