Retirement age raised to 62 years in MP

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Friday raised the retirement age of state government employees to 62 years.

The retirement age has been raised by two years, earlier being 60 years.

Earlier in August 2013, Chief Minister Chouhan had said that the Madhya Pradesh government would consider raising the retirement age of state government employees from 60 to 62 years.
