Indian boxing sensation Vijender Singh's WBO Asia title bout night will also feature two international undercard fights at Thyagaraj Sports Complex here on July 16.

Indian boxer Kuldeep Dhanda, who made his debut in April this year winning against Vijay Gaikwad, will be facing an experienced boxer from Thailand Vachayan Khamon in a six-round contest.

27-year old Dhanda, who is all set for his second professional fight, said "I am fully prepared for my second fight, I know he is an experienced boxer but I am working hard physically and mentally to win this fight. Fighting as undercard of Vijender Singh will be an exciting moment for me".

Khamon has already played a total of 23 fights, winning 10 of them with 4 knockouts. Khamon comes with a lot more experience of having played 129 rounds since his first bout. He has lost a few fights but that didn't stop him emerging as a champion in his last professional bout against Taiwo Ali on 10th June 2016.

Commenting on his fight against the Indian boxer, Khamon said, "I have way more experience than Kuldeep so I am confident about my win. I am going to give him some strong punches and knock him out in the first round".

Boxing fans will also get to witness another Indo-Thai fight on the night of the mega boxing championship.

Sunil Siwach, who is from Haryana, will make his debut against Thailand's Natdanai Pegthong.

Seeking for a winning debut, Sunil said "I am really excited for my professional debut that too against an international boxer. I am preparing hard from last 4 months and targeting for my first win against Thailand boxer. I am ready to give him a tough time in the ring".

The 22-year old boxer, from Thailand, is two bouts old and has played three rounds, he unfortunately hasn't won any of his fights ever since he turned professional, but is now all set to begin his career with a hopeful win. Pengthong said, "I have lost my previous two bouts, but that does not stop me from winning this time around. I will give in my 100% to win this fight as a professional boxer.
