The Rashtriya Janata Dal on Saturday urged the Civil Aviation Ministry to conduct a fair probe into the Kiren Rijiju issue, where Air India offloaded three passengers to make way for the Minister of State for Home.
"The way it came in the media, that there were streaks of VVIP culture and that people were offloaded... If the Civil Aviation Ministry gives a clean chit simply on the basis on Rjiju's version, I think it is not fair. However, if he has apologised, it should rest there," RJD leader Manoj Jha said.
