Rihanna has won a case against Topshop, which got the brand banned from selling an unauthorised T-shirt with her picture.
The t-shirt featured a snap of the 25-year-old singer taken by a freelance photographer without her permission, the BBC reported.
In the latest ruling the 'We Found Love' hitmaker's lawyers were granted an injunction preventing Topshop from using her image in the future.
The judge gave a ruling that it was "right and fair" to grant the singer a permanent injunction after Topshop chain failed to promise not to use her picture.
The court also ordered the fashion brand to pay Rihanna's estimated 919,000 pounds worth of legal fees.
Rihanna had also asked to give any unsold T-shirts, but the court was told that all the 12,000 items had been sold.
