Robbie Williams and wife Ayda Field have denied the claims that they sexually harassed a former employee, who has filed a lawsuit on the subject.

Former PA Gilles De Bonfilhs has alleged that the 35-year-old actress would not only walk around "undressed," urging him to follow her into "private areas" of the family home, but discussed the couple's sex life and asked him about his, the Mirror reported.

However, Williams' has not only denied the claims, but accused that De Bonfilhs, 57, was acting out of anger because he was fired as the couple's personal assistant in January, after working for them for a short period.

The 41-year-old singer's spokesman said, "The claims being made by a disgruntled former employee, after he was sacked for serious misconduct, are entirely without substance. Any proceedings will be strenuously defended. There will be no further comment on the matter as it is in the hands of the lawyers."

Though the allegations aren't made directly against the 'Take That' star, he is named as a defendant in the case.

Mr De Bonfilhs is now seeking compensation for the "loss of and damage to his reputation, humiliation, embarrassment, mental and emotional distress damages," and is also the pair for fraud over unpaid wage.
