Robert De Niro has revealed that his long-planned mob movie 'The Irishman' is still in the works.

The film is set to be directed by Martin Scorsese and co-star Al Pacino and Joe Pesci, the New York Post reported.

De Niro told art publication Flatt that they have been trying to do the film for the last few years, and thinks they will do it.

It's based on the book 'I Heard You Paint Houses' by Charles Brandt, which is about a guy who confessed to killing two people.
