Robin Thicke and ex-wife Paula Patton have reached an agreement to settle for joint custody of their 7-year-old son, Julian Thicke, including the expenses.
The legal document stated that the 7-year-old will spend Monday through Wednesday with Thicke while he will be with Patton from Wednesday through Friday, reports E! Online.
The junior Thicke will also spent alternate weekends with his parents.
"The parties are ordered to share in all major decisions concerning the minor child's health, education and welfare including, but without limitation, schooling, religion, medical care and enrichment activities," stated the legal documents.
Back in January, the 41-year-old actress was granted sole custody of her son after requesting for a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband allegedly for child abuse which the singer strongly denied.
The news comes just a day after the 22-year-old model April Love announced on Instagram that she is expecting her first child with the 'Blurred Lines' singer.
Thicke, 40, and Patton stared dating when they were teenagers and were married for nine years officially, parting ways in 2014 due to the singer's infidelity.
