Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers has said that their striker Luis Suarez, who is currently leading Premier League title charge with 28 goals, is good enough to become the world's first 100 million-pound man.

Rodgers said that if one looks at the top people in the world, like Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, the ones who have been doing it for five six years, Suarez would be right at that level.

According to the Daily Star, the Liverpool boss said that Suarez is definitely on his way to become the world's first 100 million-pound man adding that he is a world-class talent and time will tell if he is worth that.

Liverpool have reportedly become real title challengers with seven straight wins since Suarez scored twice as Liverpool thumped Tottenham Hotspur 5-0 at White Hart Lane last December to prove themselves serious top-four contenders.

Liverpool are currently just a point behind leaders Chelsea in the Premier League rankings, as Suarez prepares to face Tottenham at Anfield on March 30, the report added.
