Australian opener Chris Rogers, who was ruled out of the test series after being hit on the head in training before the first test against West Indies, believes that he has still not recovered.

Rogers is still dealing with headaches and dizzy spells after suffering the blow to the head in Dominica.

The left-hander said he did not think that it was that serious as he has been hit on the head quite a few times and he thought it was just another one, Sport24 reported.

However, he said that the doctor made the right decision as he still has not quite recovered, adding that he never really had symptoms like those, insisting that the headaches and dizziness have been a wake-up call for him.

Rogers, who has indicated the Ashes series in England would probably mark his return, added that he felt he was about a week away from being fir enough to play again.
