Real Madrid registered their 20th straight victory in a row in all competitions as they brushed aside rival Almeria 4-1 in La Liga fixture.
Real have not been defeated since 13 September- the day when they incurred a 2-1 defeat by Atletico Madrid- and need four more wins to surpass the world record of Brazilians Coritiba in 2011.
Carlo Ancelotti's side surpassed Barcelona's Spanish record of 18 consecutive wins on Tuesday against Ludogorets in the Champions League.
Madrid led 2-1 at half time, with Isco firing a stunning curling effort and Gareth Bale extending the lead just before the half time. However, Rabasco leveled with a stunning half-volley in the 39th minute for Almeria, the BBC reported.
Further consolidating the lead, forward Cristiano Ronaldo netted a late brace as he took his tally to 25 goals in 14 La Liga games this season.
