Real Madrid striker Cristiano Ronaldo has declared his love for Manchester United and refused to rule out the possibility of returning to the Premier League side in the future.
The Portugal football team captain left United to join Real Madrid in 2009, but has been constantly linked with a return to the club one day. But, Ronaldo has often played it down.
However, speaking ahead of Real's friendly with United that ended in a 3-1 loss for Carlos Ancelotti's men, Ronaldo refused to rule out playing for the Premier League side again, Metro.co.uk reported.
The striker said that he loves United and he never knows when he would be back because in football one never knows.
Ronaldo said that he is happy at Real, but United treated him unbelievable so he never knows. He added that it was one of his favourite clubs and he loved it there.
Ronaldo said that he wins everything there; the people treat him like a God at United so he appreciates that.
United apparently tried to re-sign Ronaldo last summer, when he was locked in a contract dispute with Real, but the forward eventually decided to stay and sign a new deal, the reported added.
