Tweeting directly on the account for Dahl's clothing line, the 29-year-old model said that she will "forever treasure" their relationship, News.com.au reported.
Confirming the duo's breakup earlier, the British fashion designer said that they still love each other and support each other in every way and it was their mutual decision to part ways.
The rep confirmed that Dahl has already moved out of the 'Orange Is the New Black' star's Los Angeles home.
