Russia's new airborne command centre, which will be ready for operation this month, will allow the country to maintain its armed forces in the event of a global disaster or nuclear war.

The army has completed the tests for a flying nerve centre on board a giant modified Ilyushin Il-80 aircraft, the Daily Star reports.

The manufacturers of the aircraft said that the mobile war room will be 'invincible'.

However, Russian President Vladimir Putin has reportedly ordered that it should be ready within a fortnight as Russia seems to be on the brink of war with Turkey after the country's army jet was shot down in Turkey's restricted airspace.

Jewish oracles predicted the end of the world would start with war between Russia and Turkey 200 years ago.

The Il-80 will carry senior generals, an operational team of staff officers and a crew of technicians to maintain the aircraft's equipment.
