Russia has used its veto at the United Nations to block a draft resolution on setting up an international tribunal into the Malaysian Airlines flight MH17 crash in July 2014.
According to the BBC, Russia is the only country to oppose the move at the 15-member UN Security Council, triggering widespread condemnation.
