A 51-year-old Russian climber has been declared missing in Nepal's Himalayas for the last three days, with bad weather hampering search efforts.
The mountaineer after scaling the 6091-metre Pisang Peak in Upper Manang on Tuesday was descending when he went missing.
His team members realised that he was missing only after arriving at base camp at Manang district.
Meanwhile, officials said that search operations were underway but the weather conditions were making the process difficult.
The incident comes after a Swiss and an Austrian climber died neighbouring China's 8,027-metre high Shisha Pangma mountain after falling into a crevasse, last week.
Two trekkers, from Japan and Korea, suspected of altitude sickness on their way down from Everest base camp as died, last week.
