Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday alleged that Delhi BJP chief Satish Upadhyay would file a defamation case against him as he has to save his own skin from the corruption charges that he is facing.
"He has to save his skin, so he will certainly say that he will file a defamation case, let him...," Kejriwal said.
"Meters may be manufactured anywhere, but installation has been carried out by them (BJP)," he added.
Kejriwal alleged that the BJP leader had links with power discoms in New Delhi.
The former Delhi chief minister also accused the BJP of 'helping discoms', alleging that the price of electricity has risen in the national capital despite an election promise made by the saffron party to cut rates by 30 percent.

He also alleged that Upadhyay was part of the company that supplies electricity meters to power discoms.
Earlier in the day, the BJP registered a complaint with the Election Commission against Kejriwal for defaming and accusing Upadhyay of corruption charges.
The BJP, which submitted the CD of Kejriwal's press conference to the Election Commission, has said that there were certain companies that did not have any existence or neither was operational.
The BJP also said that once the Model Code of Conduct comes into force, one can criticise the policies/programmes of a political party but cannot indulge in criticism of all aspects of private life.
