The Chief Justice of India, Justice T.S Thakur recently undertook a maiden two-day visit to the Lakshadweep Islands.
On reaching Lakshadweep capital Karavatti, the Chief Justice was received by Administrator, Lakshadweep, Farooq Khan, senior officers of Lakshadweep Administration and Member of Parliament, P.P Mohammed Faizal.
The Chief Justice is accompanied by his brother Justice D.S Thakur, judge of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court and their families.
Chief Justice T.S Thakur was on a two-day visit to the Lakshadweep.
