The Supreme Court on Tuesday is likely to hear the ongoing case related to the power tussle between the Centre and the Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi Government.
Delhi government lawyer, Gopal Subramanian, mentioned the matter before the Apex Court on Monday and sought an urgent hearing into it.
The Delhi High Court had, earlier, ruled out that the Lieutenant Governor (LG) is the boss of the Delhi government.
The Delhi government had often been at odds with former LG Najeeb Jung, who resigned in December. Anil Baijal took his place.
Aam Aadmi Party government had challenged the Delhi High Court order in the Apex Court and sought relief from it.
