The head of Michael Schumacher's fan club has lashed out at reigning world champion Lewis Hamilton over his 'natural abilities' remarks on the Formula One legend, saying that the Briton should switch on his brain before he speaks.
According to Sport24, a German tabloid had earlier quoted Hamilton as saying that he has never done things which Schumacher had done to win the titles, adding that he won the races by his own 'natural abilities'.
Reiner Ferling said that the Mercedes driver should first look at Michael's achievement before judging him.
Hamilton has recently claimed his third Formula One world championship title after winning the US Grand Prix.
With his win, the 30-year-old also became the first British driver to win back-to-back races and the first to win ten or more races in consecutive seasons.
Meanwhile, Schumacher, who has record seven Formula One titles and 91 race wins, has been going through his painfully slow recovery at his Swiss lakeside home after being injured while skiing during a French Alps vacation.
