Sir Sean Connery's long awaited animation film, which was supposed to end the veteran actor's career on a high note, based in Scotland, is set for release, but will be screened in theatres only for a short time.
The flick 'Sir Billi the Vet' will only make a short cameo appearance in just three cinemas on 13 September before heading for the DVD shelves three days later, the Scotsman reported.
Also, there will be no red-carpet premiere like the one that was done for the launch of Disney Pixar's 'Brave'.
Other Hollywood celebs like Alan Cumming and Miriam Margolyes have also given their voice to the movie, whose title song has been sung by Dame Shirley Bassey.
