The screenwriter Ronald Bass, who will co-write the show with Jessica Amento, will also executive -produce it with 'Happy Madison's Doug Robinson' Mike Menchel and the film's producers Jerry Zucker and Janet Zucker, Deadline.com reports.
According to sources, the upcoming ABC rom-com, which will pick up where the1997 rom-com ended, revolves around the character Julianne Potter, played by Julia Roberts in the movie.
It is said that the forthcoming comedy, is currently in development, without any release date.
