Congress Party leader Rashid Alvi told the Samajwadi Party (SP) leadership, including its supremo Mulayam Singh Yadav to set their own house in order first, before issuing meaningless and baseless statements against the Congress and its so called "wrong policies".
Out rightly rejecting Yadav's accusation of the Congress being in cahoots with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Alvi told ANI, "It would be better if the Samajwadi Party pays attention to itself, rather than criticising the Congress. In UP, all the seats have been won by the BJP, leaving aside two or three seats. We can see clearly as to whose wrong policy it is. BJP would have never won so many seats if the Samajwadi Party was running properly there. It would be better if they run their government properly there."
On Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar's comment that small issues pertaining to the implementation of One Rank One Pension (OROP) scheme will get automatically addressed, Alvi said that the BJP can only run a government of misunderstanding.
