At least seven people were killed and another 18 were injured in a suicide bomb attack outside a Shi'ite mosque in Rawalpindi on Friday.
Police sources here were quoted, as saying that the attack took place after a large number of people had gathered in the mosque for a religious event. The injured are being treated at the District Headquarters Teaching Hospital.
The Dawn said that the suicide bomber blew himself up at the entrance of the mosque after reaching there on his motorcycle.
