Shakira gave birth to second baby boy recently with footballer boyfriend Gerard Pique in Spain.
The 37-year-old artist announced the arrival of her son, Sasha Pique Mebarak, which means "defender of mankind and warrior," on her website, E! Online reported.
Rumors the Colombian-born singer was pregnant first surfaced after she toned down her trademark belly dancing during her performance at the World Cup closing ceremony. She confirmed in August 2014 that she was expecting her second boy with Pique, after a Colombian musician friend let her happy news slip out during a TV interview.
