Shakira has won a legal victory against former boyfriend, Antonio de la Rua, after a judge in Geneva blocked an attempt by the sexy singer's beau to access one of her megabucks bank accounts.
De la Rua is suing the Colombian singer for damages topping 100 million dollars, while claiming that he helped shape the multi-milliondollar "Shakira brand" during their decade-long romance that ended in 2010.
He told the Swiss court that he should have ownership rights to the Swiss bank account as it holds most of the assets from their alleged oral business agreement, the New York Daily News reported.
However, the judge said that de la Rua was unable to prove that the two reached a professional agreement because of lack of evidences and that there were no written agreements.
