Maria Sharapova has said she would be happy to capture her second US Open title this year. She last won the title in 2006.
The 28-year-old said that she doesn't have too many expectations and would take it one match at a time, Sport24 reported.
Commenting on Serena Williams, Sharapova said that the 33-year-old takes a person out of her game and that is the reason why she was the world's best.
Williams will try to achieve her 22nd career major title at the US Open, which starts from Monday.
