A report has said that millionaire businessman, Shrien Dewani, has been declared mentally fit to face trial for the murder of his wife, Anni Dewani.
Experts, who were monitoring him, said that he showed no signs of mental depression but can suffer panic attacks, reported The Daily Express. The 35-years-old businessman is expected to appear in a court in Cape Town on Tuesday for a brief hearing before the beginning of a full trial on October 6.
The India born British millionaire is accused of plotting the murder of his wife Anni on their honeymoon and was fighting extradition on the grounds that he was not mentally healthy to face trial.
Anni was shot dead as the couple travelled in a taxi on the outskirts of Cape Town in November 2010.
Meanwhile, Anni's uncle Ashok Hindocha said that the family just wants to know the truth.
