Sia's latest number 'Free Me' is a heart-wrenching music video with a cause.

The 'Cheap Thrills' singer has teamed up with actresses Zoe Saldana and Julianne Moore to promote HIV awareness and raise funds for #endHIV campaign.

The songstress took to Twitter to share the track and wrote alongside, "Help #endHIV, watch the new video for "Free Me" featuring @ZoeSaldana & @_juliannemoore https://youtu.be/9JntzkszLX8 - Team Sia"

The video is narrated by Julianne Moore and stars Zoe Saldana as an expecting mother, who has just been diagnosed with HIV.

With some very expressive dance moves, Saldana expresses the emotions connected with this news, a reality that many women face around the globe.

The video ends with a daunting message as we see Saldana holding a new baby boy: "HIV/AIDs is the no. 1 killer of women of reproductive age worldwide.
