Sinead O'Connor thinks that her open letter to Miley Cyrus, wherein she urged the 20-year-old singer not to give in to the temptations of show business, had started an "important dialogue".
The 'Nothing Compares 2 U' hit maker told Time that the important thing that came out of her spat with the former Disney star was being able to conversate about mental health and human rights, the Mirror reported.
O'Connor asserted that she actually found Cyrus very helpful as both of them, without meaning to, did quite a good job in terms of creating conversation about something really, really important.
O'Connor added that the music business is corrupt and full of nothing but vampires and pimps.
